See Inside believes a complete sewer inspection begins at the best available access within a home and ends when the main sewer ties into a city or common sewer and uses the latest full color equipment to insure nothing is missed.
2023 Pricing Structure
- Residential Sewer Inspection- $175.00 (includes any access and replacement parts, report, video, and locating)
- Residential Sewer Locate only- $125.00
- Residential 2nd Opinion- $50.00 (This fee is for requests for 2nd opinions for buyers who did not use our service in the first place but have a video and report available to review. We will still provide free reviews for our referring clients on the selling side.)
- Senior discount (over 60) -$25 (applies to full inspection only) • Active-duty Military Discount -$25 (applies to full inspection only)
- Commercial Sewer Inspection- $250.00 (includes any access and any replacement parts, report, video, and locating)
- Commercial Sewer Locate- $150.00
- Trip Charges- $50.00 fee will be added for any inspection outside the general metro area. This includes areas such as Elizabeth, Larkspur, and anything north of Longmont. Jobs East and West of the Denver area will be taken on a case by case basis.
